here's some frequently asked questions answered..


How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs depend on the item/s you order; depending on weight and size, as well as the country it’s being shipped to. Delivery cost is calculated at the checkout. It starts from just £1.99 within the UK though!

How long will my order take to arrive?

For orders within the UK please allow 2-4 working days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped. Within EUROPE, 1-2 weeks, and the REST OF THE WORLD around 3-5 weeks usually.

Some items are made by hand so please allow a couple of extra days if you order something handmade / hand-painted (this is usually specified in the product description) 

Who will be delivering my package?

Packages within the UK are delivered with Royal Mail, most international orders are also sent with Royal Mail and delivered by your local mail service.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes i ship to everywhere in the world that i can! 

Can i return/exchange my item?

Yes you can return your item, as long as the item is still in unworn, clean, resalable condition (no make-up marks), you can contact me and we can arrange a return. Your refund will be processed once i've received your item back. I can't pay for / refund any postage or do an exchange though i'm afraid.

Can i cancel my order once i've placed it?

You can cancel your order anytime before your order has been shipped - to cancel your order please email me ASAP at zara@keepitbright.co.uk - your order can't be cancelled after it has been shipped, you would have to send it back to me but i can't refund the original postage paid or the return costs.

What happens if i miss my parcel delivery?

If you miss your parcel delivery, you should be left a missed delivery card - but if you don't arrange for a redelivery through the mail service within their specified time period, and it is returned to me by them, you would have to pay for postage again for me to send your order back out to you, or you can cancel the order, and you will be refunded minus the original postage paid. 

I can't see the item i wanted in stock?

All my items are either limited edition or one-of-a-kind so once they're gone most of the time! i do bring some things back by request though, so feel free to contact me and ask, i’ll always do my best to bring back or order in the items you want.

What's clothing sizing like?

All of my printed t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies are standardly mens/unisex sizing, unless i've stated ‘womens-fit’ in the description. There are sizing charts and video guides in each products description.

Will i have to pay customs fees to receive my package?

Yes, you may have to pay customs fees to receive your package if you live anywhere outside of the U.K - unfortunately i cannot do anything about this or cover that fee, that is your liability. 

Can i do my work experience placement for Keep It Bright?

Not at the moment, sorry - I'm a one-woman-brand and i work from home!
