reviews
“I invited Zara to deliver a body positivity session at one of my client retreat days, knowing the women I support (and myself included) would benefit from her work.
She truly is the queen of body acceptance. Her approach is inclusive, compassionate and deeply thought-provoking, creating a space that feels both safe and empowering.
The session was inspiring and insightful, and the feedback from clients was fantastic. I would wholeheartedly recommend Zara to anyone looking to bring meaningful body positivity work into their space or personally for anyone wanting to love their body more.”

“I was lucky enough to be part of Zara’s workshop at the Virago retreat day - everything she said during the body confidence workshop made perfect sense! The next day I had her voice in my head and dug a dress out of my selling pile and wore it with confidence! It had been in the selling pile because it was very clingy and I was too conscious of my lumps and bumps. My body was the same as the last time I tried it on but my mindset had shifted.
I would highly recommend taking some time to spend with Zara. You cannot fail to be inspired by her wonderful and colourful energy and uplifting words.”
