SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, based on the size & weight of the items you are ordering, and which country you are ordering from.
UK delivery starts at just £1.99 for smaller / lighter items, and is usually £2.99 for bigger items. For example for a greeting card or print or sticker sheet it will be £1.99 but for a t-shirt or sweatshirt it would be £2.99.
Orders over £50 get FREE shipping within the UK - this will be deducted automatically at the checkout if your order is over £50.
Shipping info
Keep It Bright is based in England, U.K, and ships worldwide (not including Europe as of December 2024 unfortunately, due to changes in legislation).
Usual shipping time-frames:
(please note some items take a few days longer to be made & dispatched, this is usually stated in the product description)
Within the U.K: 2-4 working days (sent 2nd Class with Royal Mail)
U.S.A, Australia, Canada & Rest of the world: 2-4 weeks
Please note: you may have to pay customs fees to receive your package if you live anywhere outside of the U.K - unfortunately i cannot do anything about this or cover that fee, that is your liability.
Customs fees for the USA are included within the shipping price.
Returns
You can return items within 28 days of receiving them, as long as the item is still in unworn, clean, resalable condition (no make-up marks).
